In the autumn of 2019, I presented three of my series at the Atelier Néerlandais in Paris: without a sound (2009) , trivial; essential (2011–2012), and Pro tempore (2014–2019). The works were spread across three rooms, one series in each. The beautiful 19th-century rooms with high ceilings allowed for a spacious display, providing a great overview of some of my work so far. With special thanks to the Dutch Embassy in Paris.
Fine-art prints on Hahnemühle PhotoRag 308, in wooden frames with museum glass; fine-art prints on Ilford satin paper, mounted on dibond; hand-made gelatin silver prints on resin-coated paper with manual interventions, framed with museum glass or presented in smaller size behind passe-partout. Printed text mounted on foam-core boards.
